The Law Machine.
The Law Machine is our way of redesigning legal.
Over the last 20 years we’ve both had a lot of dealings with legal processes - Jonny as a communications and marketing professional and Andrew as a tech and projects lawyer. We’ve lived through contract hell on many occasions, as client and advisor: the high costs and heroics that doing legal often means for businesses of all sizes.
Usually the people involved are smart - really smart. It’s the tools and the processes that the legal world uses that are broken.
There is no reason why that has to be.
Everyone hates having to do things twice. No one wants to waste a skilled resource on a job that can be automatic. And no one wants to wait to be helped when they could just help themselves.
We want frictionless, transparent legal processes that help real people get things done. Almost effortless. No more late-night legal heroics.
We’ve started by building a new way of dealing with contracts. You draft them with our Easy Visual Automation system (EVA) and you manage them from cradle to grave in our Lifecyle Repositories (LYRA).
With EVA and LYRA you won’t have to draft or update a contract manually ever again. Ever.
We’ll leave you with that thought.
We hope you’ll enjoy using The Law Machine as much as we enjoy building it.
